There's a yoga studio on just about every corner these days. The trick is finding the right one for you. There are spa studios, boutique studios, hybrid studios and lots of up-selling. That is not us.
We focus on the yoga. We specialize in how to teach it and our idea is for you to have the best class possible, the class that you need, by letting the yoga work the way that it can.
We've always held firm to our commitment to keeping the class quality high and the prices low. We love yoga and massage and we want you to love them too.
There are 8 limbs or branches of yoga. The practice of yoga postures or poses is called Asana. The yoga classes taught at Red Hot Yoga & Massage are an Asana-based practice focused on correct structural alignment within the body.
We currently offer two styles of classes: Traditional 26 & Power. Our Lunch Crunch class is a variation of the Power 1 class style. All of our classes occur in a heated room. (After all, the word "Hot" is in our name, and we are proud of it!) Our “Power” classes are heated between 98°-105°. Our “Traditional 26” style classes are heated between 105°-110°.
